Collaborative Engineering - As a partner with the Center, the University of New Hampshire School of Electrical and Computer Engineering offers courses on modern system engineering design.

The Fall 2005 ECE777 course emphasized development processes requiring multi-disciplined teamwork. Projects focused on shipping and port security. View the Fall 2005 final projects.

The Fall 2006 ECE994 course was developed in response to the challenges of "flat world" globalization and outsourcing facing today's engineering profession and the demand for systems engineers by major United States employers. NI2-CIE Deputy Director Dale Ferriere completed the following project:
"A Glimpse Into The Future: Designing Infrastructure With Ambient Intelligence" (Paper, Presentation)

The Center's Online Library maintains a list of links to homeland security/critical infrastructure-related courses and training offered by various educational institutions.
