Mr. Walden has extensive management, accounting and auditing experience with domestic and international organizations. His experience covers a wide range of industries including advertising, manufacturing, energy, retailing and insurance with a particular expertise in public and SEC reporting, integration, start-up functions, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.

Previously, Mr. Walden served on the Board of Directors’ Executive Committee for AIS Incorporated where he provided direction in negotiating the acquisition of a competitor with technological capabilities to prevent loss of business due to technological obsolescence. He assisted in obtaining the necessary financing, and integrating operations which resulted in the doubling of revenues, a 10% cost savings and the opening up of significant growth opportunities.

Mr. Walden served as the Vice President – Assistant Corporate Controller for the Interpublic Group of Companies. He managed all functions of the parent company’s corporate controllers department which included directing the preparation and review of management, shareholder and SEC reports, proxy statements and registration statements.

Mr. Walden held the position of Assistant General Auditor for Nabisco / Nabisco Brands and Standard Brands, a $6+ billion company operating in 70 countries. He was responsible for directing worldwide activities of a staff of 65 located in two domestic and two foreign offices. Mr. Walden held the position of Senior Manager for Price Waterhouse & Co., where he was responsible for planning, organizing and managing audits and financial consulting engagements.

Mr. Walden holds an M.A. and B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Walden is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Financial Executives Institute, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
